What are Birdies?
Birdies are fashionable slippers.  We have reinvented the slipper by combining the structure and fashion of designer shoes with the comfort and softness of the most luxurious slippers.  Birdies are designed to compliment your fashionable outfit at home. 
What makes Birdies unique?
We've worked closely with engineers to develop an innovative product. We've combined the softness of slippers and the support of sneakers with the structure and fashion of a designer shoe. Birdies have a number of attributes that make them unique including:
  • Latex foam to help relieve pressure and give you that bounce in your step
  • Satin linings or faux shearling insoles for softness
  • Rubber outsole for durability and traction
  • Molded arch support to help prevent back pain
  • Uppers that are on trend with the latest fashions - sourcing the finest fabrics from all over the world
Do Birdies have arch support?
Yes, given our focus on comfort, arch support is a critical component of our slippers. 
What kind outsole do Birdies have? 
Birdies have rubber soles.
Can I wear Birdies outside? 
Birdies were made to solve the problem of what to wear indoors to compliment your fashionable outfits in style and comfort.  But we all have busy lifestyles--so we designed Birdies with a rubber sole to stand up to outdoor elements as needed.

FIT

What sizes do Birdies come in?
Some of our Birdies are available in whole sizes 6-11. We have introduced half sizes from 5.5-11 for our newest products. 
How does sizing run for Birdies?
We have detailed sizing notes in the product description for each shoe. Please review the notes for the shoe you are ordering to get the best size for you.
What size should I get if I am ½ size? 
Our newest slippers now come in half sizes. We have detailed sizing notes in the product description for each shoe. Please review the notes for the shoe you are ordering to get the best size for you.
Do Birdies fit both wide and narrow feet?
Both of our silhouettes fit wide and narrow feet although our smoking slippers are a bit narrower than our ballet flats. Given all of the comfort features built into Birdies, they will mold to your feet over time. 

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?
We are pleased to offer free ground shipping for all U.S. orders. This typically takes 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination. We also offer free return shipping in the U.S.  Please see our return policy for details on how it works. We offer 2 business day express shipping in the US for $25 if you order by 2pm Pacific, available at checkout.  We charge $10 for shipping to Canada and do not offer free return shipping from Canada. Customers may be charged duty and other customs fees for international shipments upon delivery as required by their government. 
How long do Birdies take to leave the warehouse?
We want you to receive your Birdies as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders within 2 business days. 
How can I track my order? 
We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as the order is sent. You can also log in to your Birdies account. 
Where do you ship Birdies?
We currently ship to the 50 United States. 
Do you ship to countries outside of the US?
Right now we only ship within the 50 United States and Canada. We charge $10 for shipping to Canada and do not offer free return shipping from Canada. Please email us at help@birdiesslippers.com if you’re interested in international delivery and we will try to get your Birdies to you. 
Can I buy Birdies as a gift?
Absolutely! We think Birdies make for wonderful gifts.  We can ship to a different shipping address and include a gift message. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Birdies we will gladly accept a return or exchange of your unworn Birdies within 30 days of receipt.   We offer free return and exchange shipping in the U.S.  We will email you a shipping label once you initiate your return or exchange.  You can begin your return or exchange by emailing us at help@birdiesslippers.com or by using our contact form. Please include your order number.
Once you receive a shipping label we have 14 days to receive your return or exchange. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods. If we do not receive your items within the 14 day period we will no longer accept returns or exchanges of the item and you will continue to be charged.
We do not offer free return shipping from Canada. We will accept returns from Canada and issue a refund once we receive those goods. For more information email us at help@birdiesslippers.com or complete our contact form
If you would like an exchange, please follow the same return process and then create a new order for the Birdies you now want to receive.  We will ship the new order as soon as we receive it. If we do not receive the original item within 14 days after we have sent you the return label, we will charge you for both items. 
At this time we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of worn goods or returns or exchanges initiated later than 30 days after you have received them.

I received a pair Birdies as a gift, how do I return or exchange them?
If you are not satisfied with your Birdies we will gladly accept a return or exchange of your unworn Birdies. You can receive a store credit or return the funds to the person who originally purchased the gift.
We offer free return and exchange shipping in the U.S. We will email you a shipping label once you initiate your return or exchange. You can begin your return or exchange
by emailing us at help@birdiesslippers.com or by using our contact form. Please include your order number.
We do not offer free return shipping from Canada. We will accept returns from Canada and issue a refund once we receive those goods. For more information email us at help@birdiesslippers.com
