What are Birdies?
Birdies are stylish slippers that combine luxury, comfort and versatility, designed for the love of hosting and home.
What makes Birdies unique?

We were tired of entertaining friends and family barefoot, in socks - - or worse, in ugly frumpy slippers that went more with our pajamas than our stylish outfits, so we decided to solve this problem once and for all. Together with footwear design engineers, we’ve reimagined the slipper and developed an innovative product. Birdies offer the softness of luxurious slippers and the support of sneakers , with the structure and fashion of designer flats. A number of features make Birdies especially unique:

What kind outsoles do Birdies have?
Birdies have rubber soles.
Can I wear Birdies outside? 
Yes!  Birdies are made with a rubber sole, perfect for indoor and outdoor wear.
FIT
What sizes do Birdies come in?
Birdies are available in half sizes from 5.5-11. We have 10.5s in our most popular styles.

How does sizing run for Birdies?

We have detailed sizing notes in the product description for each slipper. Please review the notes for the slipper you are ordering to get the right size.

Do Birdies fit both wide and narrow feet?

Yes!  Birdies fit wide and narrow feet. Given all of the comfort features built into Birdies, they will mold to your feet over time. 

SHIPPING
How much is shipping in the US?

We offer free ground shipping for all U.S. orders. This typically takes 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination. We also offer free return shipping in the U.S. 

We offer 2 business day express shipping in the US for $25 if you order by 12pm Pacific. Expedited orders placed on the weekend will leave on Monday and arrive by Wednesday.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes!  We charge $10 for shipping to Canada. Please email us at help@birdiesslippers.com if you’re interested in international delivery to other locations and we will try to get your Birdies to you. 

Customers may be charged duty and other customs fees for international shipments upon delivery as required by their government. We do not have free return labels for international orders.

How long do Birdies take to leave the warehouse?
We want you to receive your Birdies as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders within 1 business day. 

How can I track my order? 
We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as the order is sent.  
Can I buy Birdies as a gift?

Absolutely!  We can ship to a different shipping address and include a gift message.  If you are looking to buy for a large group such as a bridal party, book club, corporate event or similar, please email us at celebrate@birdiesslippers.com and tell us what you are planning and for how many, and we’ll be happy to extend our group buy rate.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your Birdies we will gladly accept a return or exchange of your unworn Birdies within 30 days of placing your order. We offer free return shipping in the U.S. You can begin a return or exchange here. Once you receive a shipping label we have 14 days to receive your return or exchange. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods. If we do not receive your items within the 14-day period we will no longer accept returns or exchanges of the item and you will continue to be charged.

If you have selected an exchange, we will send out the new order once we receive your return. A quicker way to exchange your slippers is just to place a new order for the size you would like and to return the original one without an exchange. 

We do not offer free return shipping from international locations. We will accept international returns and issue a refund once we receive those goods. For more information email us at help@birdiesslippers.com.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of worn goods or returns or exchanges initiated later than 30 days after you have received them. 

I received a pair Birdies as a gift, how do I return or exchange them?
If you are not satisfied with your Birdies we will gladly accept a return or exchange of your unworn Birdies. You can receive a gift card or refund the original purchaser. 
Please email us at help@birdiesslippers.com to begin a gift exchange. Include your store order number if you have it. 

PAYMENTS
Which forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Your security is important to us. All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.

When will my card by charged? 
Your card will be charged when you place your order.
